Quilter's Station

Quilter's Station, located in Lee's Summit, MO at the Southside Plaza, is owned by Rita Briner and has been open for business for 12 years. This shop was selected as one of the top 10 shops by American Patchwork and Quilting, Quilt Sampler Magazine Spring 2006. This spacious shop, over 7000 square feet, has a welcoming and a friendly staff just waiting to assist you with all your quilting needs. There are antique cabinets displaying fabric and many antique items throughout the store which give this shop a very primitive feel.
Hand-dyed wools, batiks, homespuns and many children's prints are just a few of the fabrics you will find when you visit this shop. The fabric selections are very well organized.
Lots of samples, hanging throughout the shop, are sure to inpire you. However, some of them are outdated and you can no longer get the kit or the pattern.
Many local designers and artists have their patterns and designs featured in this shop.
Classes are available and held in a 2000 square foot space with ample lighting. Thirty classes are offered every three months offering a wide array of techniques. Also held each year during the summer is Primitives of the Midwest. For more information check out there website. www.quiltersstation.com
